Lloyd Evans at Southampton City Council  is trying to develop a series of standard templates for his team when they start getting involved in the design and delivery of projects for the local authority (typically schools at the moment). He would like to create templates for RIBA Stages 1 and 2 (Civil and Structural), the Basis of Structural Design and the Structural Sustainability Report.

Are there any members of SPACES who would be willing to share a template or a contents list for each of the documents above. The reports would only be produced to cover the civil and structural elements of a scheme.
